IT Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Optimization of  IT processes, products, systems, and approaches.
  • IT Policy Development and Monitoring
    Ensure continued alignment of IT process and resources with the organization’s changing business needs.
  • Tech developments in the marketplace (data analytics, machine learning, AI, etc.), and the needs of the company
  • Co-ordinate cross-department tech integration to  ensure that systems and processes are alligned
  • Plan and execute IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and installations
  • Champion projects implementation, Design & plan,Supplier Management,Implementation and Financial control and payment of suppliers
  • Ensure system safety is monitored and maintained
  • Supervise, and manage performance of IT staff , interns.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft)
  • 5+ years of experience in ICT support and administration, with a strong technical background in IT systems and networks.
  • Solid understanding of network protocols, security principles, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software components, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and countermeasures, with experience implementing security controls and measures.

Transport Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring smooth running of transport operationsthrough proper planning
  • Monitor intake and dispatch of customer product
  • Review stocks check
  • Ensure perishables transport vehicles in are working order and at appropriate temperature settings
  • Regular inspection of operation areas
  • Maintenance of Health and Safety standards maintained, and ensure top notch housekeeping
  • Managing drivers and loaders
  • Reviewing tansport Operations documentation
  • Communication with customers
  • Handling customers queries

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management or relevant qualifications

Plant Engineer

Job Description

Our client s chemical manufacturing company is seeking to fill the role f a Plant Engineer The sucess full candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum efficient operations of equipment and machinery, as well as the care of Ammonia and Glycol plant and support equipment, through the direction of a technical support team made up of foreman, technicians and artisans, and contractors; while maintaining a strong safety and environmental compliance focus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure critical facility and equipment  availability and champion maintenance
  • come up with proactive critical equipment operational mesures
  • In charge of compiling and implementation of Capital and operational budget
  • Mananage Projects implementation, Design & plan for plant modifications & implenentation

Business Manager – Meat Products

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide input into the development of the  sales and profitability strategies to align the with the company’s growth objectives
  • Advocate for consumer protection rights to ensure the company policies, processes and procedures are cognizant of the customer reality
  • Undertake regular category assessments to advise on any changes to the product portfolio in the assigned category, in alignment with the company’s business objectives
  • Provide input into the development of the pricing strategy to achieve desired company indices within set pricing budget.
  • Develop the sales budget to ensure the timely allocation of resources required for successful implementation of the sales strategy
  • Develop a sales pipeline for products to align with the company’s Sales and Profitability targets
  • Develop and implement the sales plans to support the profitability and sales objectives as captured in the sales strategy
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the marketing strategy, to ensure compliance with the successful promotional campaigns
