Job Summary

  • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers and driving sales growth in their assigned territory.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Develop the assigned sales route
  • Should be familiar with ‘JUBA’ market geographically
  • Capable of servicing 40-50 outlets on a daily basis
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly Targets.
  • Proven track record as VAN SALES REPRESENTATIVE in JUBA
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products
  • Negotiate and close sales to maximize profits
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitive threats

Minimum, Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
  • Should have valid driving license
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
  • Ability to build productive business relationships
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
