QSSK-RSM-Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary

  • The Regional Sales Manager overall responsibility for achieving or exceeding the Sales and Distribution objectives in the respective Region to ensure achievement of company’s business objectives and strategy.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sales Target: Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the Business Plan for the sales channels and control/monitor the Sales budget to ensure optimum allocation of resources to different businesses of the company.
  • Check individual performances of the Sales Team and motivate them, either through personal counseling and/or imparting training in tactical selling skills to improve and enhance their capabilities and sales performance.
  • Sales Systems: Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network and efficient routing to ensure timely deliveries and superior levels of service to company customers.
  • Finance & Accounts: Co-ordinate with Finance & Accounts to ensure compliance with all financial norms to control collections.

Marketing Activities:

  • Coordinate the execution of marketing & promotional activities in the market place to derive maximum benefit out of such promotional initiatives.
  • Analyze the impact of such promotions and submit report to the Sales Manager for assessment and evaluation.

Minimum, Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Management
  • 10 – 12 years’ experience in sales of FMCG products, preferably in direct distribution channel
  • Sound Business Financial and Numerical expertise
  • Excellent Sales track record
  • Presentation+ Negotiation skills with excellent Leadership skills to motivate and drive the team.
  •  Professional and mature attitude towards resolving problems with a behaviors competency to build relationships.
  •  Excellent analytical skills.
  • Communication & problem-solving skills

QSSK-LM-Logistics Manager (Optometry)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To provide regional technical expertise:  customs compliance, last mile logistics and special requirements (packaging, medical device directives, etc.)
  • To define logistics to support new country launches.
  • To support the Equipment Procurement Team from sourcing to delivery, and with regional maintenance of equipment (including displays and accessories)
  • To manage and report on key logistics metrics and measurements, including delivery times, transport costs and efficiencies.
  • To drive third party vendor logistics performance for all shipments routed directly from vendor to lab/vision centers.
  • To develop budgets and manage within approved budgets.
  • To liaise with warehouse partners on destinations and delivery times.
  • To identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions and ensure product supply continuity.
  • To work with the supply chain team to implement and monitor inventory management systems to ensure product is in stock on a timely basis.
  • Analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements while maintaining service levels.
  • To develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs, timing and preserve quality.
  • To execute other special projects as requested by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor degree
  •  5+ years’ leadership experience in the related fields:  transportation / distribution and customs compliance.
  • Knowledge and experience in the global logistics industry including carrier networks and compliance.
  • Project management skills, including planning, reporting, setting & meeting budgets.
  • Exposure to global duty and tariffs.
  • Relationship building with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Optical equipment knowledge:  technical and sourcing
  • Prepared to travel both domestic and overseas for approximately 20% of the time.

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies, including .NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate should also be a full stack developer with proficiency in front-end technologies and MVC frameworks. Additionally, having an interest in DevOps activities, including experience with Azure DevOps build and release pipelines, will be a significant advantage.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end software applications, covering both front-end and back-end components using Microsoft technologies.
  • Front-End Technologies: Utilize front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
  • MVC Framework: Apply expertise in working with MVC frameworks to build scalable, modular, and maintainable applications.
