Sales Manager(Paper cups & Steelwool)

Roles

  • Developing sales strategies- create and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Building and managing sales team-Recruit, Train and manage the sales team.
  • Customer relationship Management- build and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting- analyze sales data to forecast future sales trends, track performance against targets and reporting to upper management.
  • Budgeting and Pricing- develop pricing strategies based on production costs, demand and competitive analysis while managing budgets effectively.
  • Marketing support – collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Negotiating and Closing deals- lead negotiations with clients, close deals and ensure contracts are finalized in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Degree in sales and marketing, business administration or related course.
  • 5 – 7 years working experience in a similar role.
  • Manufacturing industry highly preferred. Experience handling similar products will be a plus.
  • strong understanding of sales principles, techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques to secure deals and agreements beneficial to the company.
  • Dedication to understanding customer needs and providing solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • In-depth knowledge of the paper cups industry including market trends, competitors and potential customers.
  • Analytical Skills-ability to analyze sales data, market trends and other relevant information.
  • Problem Solving- capacity to identify challenges and find creative solutions for them.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales management software are basic computer programs.

Marketing Manager (Paper Cups)

Responsibilities

  • Developing marketing strategies-create comprehensive marketing plan to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
  • Develop and maintain the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Conducting market research to identify target demographics, understand customer behaviour and assess competitor activities.
  • Determine the unique selling points of the paper cups and develop strategies to position them effectively in the market.
  • Developing engaging content such as blog posts, social media updates, videos and infographics to attract and engage the target audience.
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, e-mail marketing etc.

Requirements
