Marketing Manager

Role Summary

  • The jobholder is responsible to the Managing Director for ensuring that they develop marketing strategies to achieve the organization’s objectives. He/she has to effectively manage the marketing, promotional and advertising activities of the organization.

Functions / Key Results Expected

  • Set annual and quarterly marketing goals and monitor performance of lead generation, funnel performance, meetings booked, engagement, product launches and automation.
  • Establish and allocate a marketing budget and resources to different channels based on performance metrics.
  • Interpret short- and long-term effects on sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Create stellar short and long-form marketing content from emails to social media campaigns, webinars, articles, and eBooks.
  • Own all marketing channels, including email campaigns, social media, SEO, pay-per-click, events, PR, webinars, product releases and inbound/outbound marketing strategies.
  • Developing marketing strategies for advertising new products
  • Formulate all marketing policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs and anticipate new marketing opportunities.
  • Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports that are tabled in management meetings for action.
  • Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Continuously track lead flow to ensure sales channels are managed and customer success remains top priority.
  • Build relationships with other marketing professionals in the industry and continue learning about industry trends.
  • Mastermind business growth strategies to help meet organizational goals and objectives through marketing strategies.
  • Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales.
  • Partnering with research and product development department to estimate product demand.
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
