Data Input Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and ensure accurate documentation of created invoices and orders.
  • Enter supplier invoices into QuickBooks for data input and record-keeping.
  • Enter and update stock and production data.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness and correct any discrepancies.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical data files related to production and inventory.
  • Collaborate with production, inventory, and sales teams to gather necessary information for data entry.
  • Generate reports and summaries based on entered data for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
