Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing accounts.

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Excellent business and communication skills
  • Account management experience
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Kenyan market and MSMEs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
