Arranging and conducting interviews, booking interview dates and sending out confirmations to the candidates and clients respectively
To ensure that all necessary requirements are met by each candidate before, during and after interviews i.e. pre- interview requirements such as CV, Passport size photographs, Copy of Identification card/Passport/Vote ID Card, References contacts (three), Certificate of service from the past employer (if any), Certified copies of academic certificates and SSC Number (Copy) if any
Diary Management of interviews schedule with both candidates and clients
Making follow- ups with the client whenever necessary
Manage referencing process. This includes sending reference requests to previous employers, chasing return of references and providing feedback to the recruitment team as appropriate
Communication: Dealing with queries from candidates and recruitment partners in a professional and timely manner
Tracking the probation and completion of placed candidate’s grace period
Manage recruitment email inbox. Responding to all candidates emails in a timely manner.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 0- 1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment
Exposure abroad (studies, work) is an added advantage

Interest in people
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English
